VIDEO: Passaic Valley's big comeback nets volleyball county title | ||

Talk about an unlikely comeback. After the first game of the Passaic County girls' volleyball tournament final, Passaic Valley appeared to have little chance. The Hornets lost that first game 25-8 to top seed DePaul, and the Spartans looked like they were ready to cruise to a championship.
Instead, Passaic Valley rallied to win the second and third games in impressive fashion, 25-17 and 25-19. The remarkable turnaround gave the Hornets their first-ever county girls' volleyball title. Tina Predojevic had 12 kills to lead the Hornets, but it was a balanced team effort that allowed Passaic Valley to turn around the match. Second-seeded PV improves to 19-6. DePaul falls to 17-4.
