| Eight is enough: how the groups would look under our proposal | ||

Jersey Sports Now is proposing a plan that would create true state football championships in New Jersey. Under our plan, the current five public-school groups for football would be expanded to eight groups. We wanted to see how the sections would look if there were eight public-school groups for football this year. It should be noted that there would be significant changes before 2016, when we propose our plan to go into effect, but this does give fans an idea of how the sections might line up.
The following is our listing, based on the NJSIAA?s 2014-15 school enrollment data and its guidelines for dividing up groups and sections.
