Passaic Valley hadn't lost since its first meeting with DePaul. And even though the Hornets beat the Spartans in the Passaic County finals, they still wanted to prove something in this key regular-season tilt. But DePaul made it tough, storming back from two goals down to take the lead. The Hornets evened the game, then won it on Kenny Dahdah's late short-handed tally.
