DePaul made its first appearance in a daytime football game when it travelled to take on Tenafly. And the Spartans promptly fell 14 points behind the Tigers. But a big kickoff return by Davon Jacobs got DePaul going, and Dan Kowal and Massimo Aronson made some big plays through the air as the Spartans improved to 5-2.
