Crosstown rivals DePaul and Wayne Hills engaged in a defensive struggle in their early-season boys basketball matchup. While everyone else had a hard time finding the basket, the Spartans' Josh Marquez led his team with 25 points and helped DePaul pull out a close one over the scrappy Patriots.
