DePaul High School held a second-quarter lead in the final of the holiday girls' basketball tournament hosted by Mountain Lakes. But the Lakers' up-tempo game and relentless pressure would get the best of the Spartans. Led by tournament MVP Katie Reese, the Lakers pulled away after halftime to post a comfortable hoops victory.
