In a matchup of boys' basketball teams who like to shoot from three-point range, Wayne Valley got the better of Passaic Valley. The Indians pulled away in the second half by unleashing their own long-range shooters while frustrating the Hornets' gunners. It gave Wayne Valley a key win, and revenge for a loss to PV earlier in the basketball season. The defeat ends a strong streak of play for the Hornets.
