Sal DeVito may be Pequannock's #2 pitcher, but he looked like an ace in the Panthers' sectional baseball final against Jefferson. DeVito pitched a complete game shutout, allowing just two hits, as the Panthers won the North Jersey Section 1, Group II title. Pequannock scored all three runs in the first inning after two men were out. The Panthers move on to the New Jersey Group II semifinals against West Essex.
