In a matchup of top football teams in the NJAC Independence Division, Pequannock made some plays against Mountain Lakes and refused to roll over. But the Herd was just too much offensively for the Panthers, especially senior running back Kevin Ryan. He scored five total touchdowns, three on runs, one on a pass reception and one on a punt return to key the sports win for Mountain Lakes. Pequannock falls to 2-2.
