Pompton Lakes began what it hopes will be a lengthy run in the Passaic County softball tournament with a dominant victory over Manchester Regional. The #3 seed Cardinals jumped out to a big early lead and never looked back. The game was halted after just three-and-a-half innings by the new 15-run mercy rule.
