Kinnelon had the clear advantage in play in its sectional quarterfinal girls' soccer game with Pompton Lakes. But the Cardinals managed to keep the game close. In the end, a single goal on a penalty kick allowed the top-seeded Colts to advance in North Jersey Section 1, Group II and ended the Pompton Lakes soccer season.
