The field hockey sectional semifinal game between Pompton Lakes and Mountain Lakes featured few shots on goal. The contest went into overtime scoreless, when a corner for the Cardinals led to the game-winning goal for Danielle Allan. The victory puts Pompton Lakes one win away from back-to-back North Jersey sectional titles while Mountain Lakes sees its field hockey season end in heartbreaking fashion.
