An early-season showdown for first place in the division turned into a showcase for the attacking strength of the Pompton Lakes boys' soccer team. The Cardinals got goals from multiple sources as they rolled to an easy 5-1 triumph over Elmwood Park. Pompton Lakes would go on to capture the NJIC Colonial B divisional title.
