Not too many people expected the historic "Battle of Wayne" football game to be a close sports contest. And when Wayne Hills marched down field to score right away, it appeared the Patriots were ready to roll to a 55th straight win. But the defenses would take charge of this football game from that point, and Wayne Valley stayed within a touchdown.
