Wayne Hills already pulled off one surprise when it upset West Morris to win the field hockey sectional title in North Jersey Section 1, Group III. And when they tied the state group semifinal game against Warren Hills, the Patriots appeared positioned for another upset. But the Blue Streaks dominated the second half and got the goal they needed, ending what Wayne Hills coach Jenn Badami called the best season in her career.
