Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley had battled three previous times on the girls' soccer field, and when the Indians scored first in this North Jersey Section 1, Group III playoff game, another close contest appeared in the offing. Instead, the Patriots seized control of the game, with Nickolette Driesse scoring three goals.
