The numbers suggested Wayne Hills was a solid favorite in its annual boys' lacrosse matchup with Wayne Valley. And through one quarter, the Indians had done little to suggest otherwise. But trailing 4-1, Valley suddenly exploded for seven goals in the second period, then maintained its strong play after the half to pull out the surprise win over the Patriots.
