West Milford looked to clinch the Northern Hills Conference-Skyline Division title in its boys' basketball matchup with Passaic Tech, but the Bulldogs had other ideas. They pulled away in the second quarter and held on to post the win. Fortunately for the Highlanders, it was only a delay as they went on to wrap up the basketball league crown in their next contest.
