After a tough, injury-plagued season a year ago, things are looking up for the Pompton Lakes girls' basketball team. The Cardinals won their third straight game to start the new campaign by knocking off West Milford in the Highlanders' holiday tournament. Bailey Ott had a huge game for Pompton Lakes.
