The Passaic County softball final figured to be a high-scoring game. Finalists West Milford and Pompton Lakes both put up a lot of runs this season, but also had some issues preventing runs. The softball game lived up to expectations, and proved to be a showcase for Highlanders' junior Sara Zambelli. She blasted a pair of long home runs and even came in to pitch in the final inning as West Milford earned the sports title. Click play in the box to see the high school sports video highlights. |
